RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We truly hope you will love your Moonahs, however if you for some reason got the sizing wrong or wish to exchange or return your purchase, this is possible, when done within 14 days of receiving the order. We do not accept returns after 14 days of receiving the order.

According to our delivery terms, the customer is responsible for the return & exchange costs. Unfortunately, as a small brand, we are not currently able to offer free returns or exchanges. We also want to encourage thoughtful purchases, as sending packages back and forth consumes a lot of natural resources.

***Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns & for exchange costs*** 

Always keep the receipt for the return until you have received a refund for the product/products. We are not liable for compensation if Posti (or any other courier service) loses the return package you have sent.

RETURN COST

The customer is responsible for the return and processing fee (total of 8.90€). This amount will be deducted from the return, which will be processed once we have received and checked the product. Unfortunately, we have not been able to incorporate these costs into our product pricing and subsequently increase all our prices accordingly. Additionally, as a small business, we are unable to bear the entire burden of these costs using our own funds.

Please note that the product must be in its original condition and have all original tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the product is dirty, the original tags have been removed, the product has been used, or there are any stains or marks on it.

For us to accept returns or exchanges, please note the item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and clean. We will have to deny the return of your product in case the product is dirty, has been worn or has been otherwise damaged. Products that don’t fill our requirements can be returned to you at your own cost.

Possible label(s) and tag(s) must be attached.

EXCHANGES

When starting an exchange, please email us first at hello@moonahwear.com
As with returns, the exchange process fee is also responsibility of the customer.

Make sure to provide us the copy of the order confirmation (submitted via e-mail) and let us know what size/product you'd like to exchange the product to. 

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so please make sure you have verified the information and our address details before sending the items back to us.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Sometimes mistakes happen! If you think you have received a faulty item or the item you have received isn’t the one you ordered, please email us at hello@moonahwear.com so that we can help you as soon as possible. We will offer you instructions on returning or replacing the product by email.  

We use only high-quality fabrics for our products, however it's important to note that pilling can occur naturally with normal wear and tear. Pilling is a characteristic especially of the suede material (this is used in colors Coco & Bouganvillea) and not a reason for reclamation. With proper care, your suede garments can last for years to come, providing a unique texture and character that make them a stylish addition to your wardrobe.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Please note that packages that have not been claimed and for which no notice of cancelation has been provided are subject to shipping costs and a handling fee. It's important to understand, that unclaimed packages are not the same as canceling or returning an order. If the package is unclaimed, we will charge 20€ a handling fee to cover for the unclaimed shipment.

PURCHASES FROM BRICK AND MORTAR/ POP UP SHOPS

We do not offer refunds. All these sales are considered final sales.
