When will my item(s) ship?

Our aim is to have all orders shipped within a couple business days of your order being placed. However, during these uncertain times, our warehouse is operating at limited capacity, which means that we may expect a slight delay in orders being shipped out.

Please allow for a few extra days (approx. 2-6 business days) for your order to process and ship. Worry not- as soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Thank you so much for your patience!

Are your leggings see through?

No one wants to show their undies through their leggings - we totally get it. This is why all our leggings are made with thicker Vita Power or Vita Suede fabric (ECONYL®), which is 100% sheer-proof.

Where do you manufacture?

All Moonah Wear clothing is both sourced and produced in Europe.

Our production is in Lithuania to ensure fair and ethical salaries and work environments for our textile workers. The choice to manufacture in Europe also shortens our supply chain, which results in lesser CO2 emissions thanks to shorter transportation distances.

Our fabrics are sourced from Italy and we use mostly ECONYL®, which is a regenerated nylon from recycled ocean waste, such as old fishing nets and plastic bottles.

How do I know my size?

Check out our size guide. We recommend using a tape measure to find your perfect fit. If you’re deciding between sizes, we recommend to size up for a more relaxed fit and size down for a more snug fit. Please note all Moonah Wear items are compressive, meaning tight fitting and snug. The Racer Back Top is even a little more snug, so if you’re between sizes on this item, we recommend you go with the bigger size.

Unfortunately we are currently only able to offer Small, Medium and Large in our stock. We are hoping to change this in the near future as we know Moon Babes come in all sizes and shapes. Stay tuned.

How do I become a Moon Babe?

I ordered something and now it’s on sale, do you offer price adjustments?

All of our sale offers are available for a limited time only and we're unable to offer price adjustments after any purchase.

How do I take care of my Moonah’s?

Please make sure to use a bag (The Guppy Friend bag is said to collect 90% of microplastics) to reduce micro plastics.

Our recommendation is to wash your Moonah’s in cold water (no warmer than a setting of 30°C is recommended). Wash in cold water and hang to dry — besides, it’s better for the environment and reduces energy use in addition to being the best way to take care of your clothes. Oh, and no dry tumbler (a big no no)! Wash your clothing inside out.

There’s something wrong with my item(s)!

Oh no, quality is super duper important for us and we want you to be able to wear your Moonah’s for a long time. For that reason, it’s also important to follow the care label and not wash your Moonah’s in hot water nor use the dry tumbler. Please shoot us an email with pictures of your item(s) and we’ll handle each case individually, in case of a faulty item, we’ll of course exchange it. Sometimes mistakes happen, even in high quality production settings.
