RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We truly hope you will love your Moonahs, however if you for some reason got the sizing wrong or wish to exchange or return your purchase, this is possible, when done within 14 days of receiving the order. We do not accept returns after 14 days of receiving the order. Please note you can only exchange or return regularly priced ordered products.
For us to accept returns or exchanges, please note the item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and clean. We will have to deny the return of your product in case the product is dirty, has been worn or has been otherwise damaged. We will send products that don’t fill our requirements back to you.
Possible label(s) and tag(s) must be attached.
ALL EXCHANGES ARE PROCESSED AS RETURNS
As we don’t offer direct exchanges, but all exchanges are processed as returns, we will provide you a free shipping code for you so that you can place a new order without having to pay for shipping again. When starting an exchange or return, please email us at email@example.com
Make sure to provide us: your name, contact details (address, e-mail, phone number), copy of the order confirmation (submitted via e-mail) and your bank account number for receiving the refund. Refund or store credits will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the exchange items. Please note, that shipping fees are not refundable.
***Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns & exchanges*** The customer is responsible for the full costs of the return, including shipping and packaging (pro tip: using the original packaging is both sustainable & cost efficient).
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so please make sure you have verified the information and our address details before sending the items back to us.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you think you have received a faulty item or the item you have received isn’t the one you have ordered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you as soon as possible. We will offer you instructions on returning or replacing the product by email.
Please note that packages that have not been claimed and for which no notice of cancelation has been provided are subject to shipping costs and a handling fee. It's important to understand, that unclaimed packages are not the same as canceling or returning an order. If the package is unclaimed, we will charge 19€ a handling fee to cover for the unclaimed shipment.
In case the package cannot be delivered because the address given is incorrect or the customer fails to pick up the package from the collection point in time, we will refund the price of the products, however we will deduct the delivery costs and any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. In the event of re-dispatching the order after it has been returned to us, there may be a charge.
PURCHASES FROM BRICK AND MORTAR/ POP UP SHOPS
We do not offer refunds. All these sales are considered final sales.
